Apply for a Festival Booth

Join us at the 2026 Pride Houston Festival – a celebration of community, inclusion, and pride in the heart of Houston! This registration form enters you or your organization as an official exhibitor at the 2026 Festival.

When & Where
Parade: Saturday, June 6, 2026 | 11 PM – 6 PM
Location: 901 Bagby St. (City Hall)

Each exhibitor activation includes:
• A 10′ x 10′ tent
• One (1) 8-ft table
• Two (2) chairs
• Electricity access

All provided by Pride Houston.

You may not bring your own tent without prior written approval. Additional tables, chairs, or security sidewalls can be purchased when securing your exhibitor space.

Participation Requirements
All exhibitors must:
• Comply with City of Houston regulations and Pride Houston festival guidelines
• Provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to participation
