Pride Houston 365 is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to celebrating, promoting, and enriching the LGBTQ+ community in Houston, Texas. For over four decades, Pride Houston 365 has produced vibrant annual, accessible celebrations without barriers—including the annual Houston Pride Festival and Parade, along with year-round events fostering unity and representation in our diverse LGBTQ+ community, welcoming allies, people of color, and all identities, to create an environment of continuous, year-round celebration, encompassing history, advocacy, visibility, and equity. We are truly a “Pride without barriers!”

Sign up to help us plan our large-scale events and educational programs, fundraise, and provide community outreach and advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community. Upon submitting your application to volunteer with us, there will be a short application review. Some volunteer roles require an interview, review of portfolio, and/or background check completion. Your application will undergo a review and then be moved swiftly through the workflow. Please complete the questionnaire in its entirety as it allows us to know how to get in contact with you as well as get to know your availability, skills and preferences to better match you to open volunteer opportunities.
